Grit Metals Appoints Jake Clark Chief Executive Officer

Grit Metals Corp. has appointed Jake Clark as its new Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board, effective immediately, while current chief executive Jeremy Poirier transitions to the role of Chairman.

Clark previously served as the company's Vice President of Exploration following his appointment in December 2025. Outgoing chairman Gino DeMichele is retiring from the board after six years of service.

In connection with the appointment, the board approved a grant of 700,000 stock options to Clark with an exercise price of $0.11 per common share, exercisable for five years. Grit Metals plans to release assay results from its maiden diamond drilling program at the Central Finland Lithium Project once received, reviewed, and verified by the company.
