Guardian Metal Resources Publishes Pilot Mountain Technical Report Summary

Guardian Metal Resources plc has published the official technical report summary for its Pilot Mountain tungsten project in Nevada, completing the documentation required to substantiate the pre-feasibility study results released in June 2026.
The summary document has been prepared in accordance with United States Securities and Exchange Commission S-K 1300 reporting standards. Technical workstreams supporting the publication were backed by a US$6.2 million investment secured in July 2025 from the United States Department of War under Title III of the Defense Production Act. That funding was awarded directly to Golden Metal Resources (USA) LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guardian Metal.
Pilot Mountain stands as one of the largest undeveloped tungsten deposits in the United States. Guardian Metal is advancing the asset as part of a co-flagship dual-project strategy in Nevada, pairing Pilot Mountain with Tempiute, a former producing tungsten operation. Technical disclosures for Pilot Mountain also incorporate an updated mineral resource estimate submitted in December 2025, which delivered a 16% increase in open-pit constrained indicated mineral resources compared to the 2018 scoping study.
Regional exploration activity across the surrounding Nevada district has continued to highlight broad polymetallic systems. Within the wider area, VR Resources Ltd reported continuous polymetallic mineralization from drill hole NB26-003 at its New Boston project within the surrounding district in August 2026, intersecting 317 metres at 0.77% copper equivalent from surface, including high-grade intervals containing tungsten trioxide.
