Haranga Expands Lincoln Gold Project Footprint With Land Acquisition
Haranga Resources has entered into a Purchase and Sale Agreement to acquire 100% of the surface and mineral rights to two properties totaling 60 acres in California, directly expanding the footprint of the Lincoln Gold Project for the first time in approximately two decades.
The acquired ground is immediately adjacent to the project and secures unencumbered surface and mineral access for future development planning. Practically, the purchase alters the project’s infrastructure and underground access capabilities, allowing Haranga to extend the existing Stringbean Alley decline north toward the Medean, South Spring Hill, and Keystone deposits. It also provides greater flexibility for surface infrastructure, including tailings transport and management options such as dry-stack solutions and private access routing.
“Haranga is in a commanding position within the Mother Lode gold belt, supported by extensive existing infrastructure, underground decline and key permits, including a Conditional Use Permit to mine. The Board considers this gives Lincoln multi- million ounce potential and a clear pathway to development, and this acquisition builds further on those considerable advantages. We continue to assess other consolidation opportunities across this highly prospective, high-grade gold district that could allow us to further leverage these advantages.” — Mr. Michael Davy, Chairman
The Lincoln Gold Project hosts a Mineral Resource Estimate of 402,000 ounces of gold across 2.45 million tonnes at 5.1 g/t.
Haranga plans to commence a 1,600-metre diamond drilling programme at XC11 at the project in late August 2026, alongside a review of the potential conversion of the South Spring Hill Exploration Target into an Inferred Mineral Resource during the third quarter of 2026.
