Headwater Gold Inc. has engaged Geomorphic AI to provide artificial intelligence-assisted geological data compilation, integration and project evaluation services across its exploration portfolio.

“Many of our projects come with decades of historical exploration data, but that information is often scattered... and can take a tremendous amount of technical time to bring together. Geomorphic gives us the ability to rapidly organize that information and integrate it with our modern datasets, allowing our geologists to spend more time interpreting geology and developing targets rather than compiling data.”

— Caleb Stroup, President and CEO

The agreement deploys Geomorphic's platform to convert fragmented legacy exploration datasets into modern spatial databases and support independent technical reviews, target ranking and new exploration concepts.

Headwater maintains a portfolio of 13 exploration projects targeting high-grade precious metals in the Western United States and holds strategic earn-in partnerships with major miners including OceanaGold Corporation, Newmont Corporation and Centerra Gold Inc. Centerra is currently conducting a 3,000-metre drill program at the Crane Creek Project under an earn-in agreement.
