Hi-View Resources Launches $1.5M Flow-Through Financing for BC Projects
Hi-View Resources has announced a non-brokered private placement to raise gross proceeds of $1,500,000 through the issuance of a minimum of 3,750,000 premium flow-through units at $0.40 per unit.
Each premium unit consists of one common share and one-half of a transferable common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional non-flow-through common share of the company at $0.42 for 24 months from issuance. The common shares and warrant shares qualify as flow-through shares under the Income Tax Act (Canada) and the Income Tax Act (British Columbia).
Proceeds from the offering will be directed toward eligible Canadian exploration expenses that qualify as flow-through critical mineral mining expenditures and British Columbia flow-through mining expenditures. Hi-View is advancing a portfolio of gold, silver, and copper assets in the Toodoggone region of northern British Columbia, anchored by its flagship Golden Stranger Project, alongside the Lawyers claims and the Borealis Project. The company's projects also include the Saunders, Black Pearl, Oxide Summit, Nub, Ursus, Garnet, and Harmon Peak properties.
Hi-View must incur the qualifying exploration expenditures by December 31, 2027, and renounce them with an effective date no later than December 31, 2026.
The offering is subject to regulatory and other approvals, with closing expected on or around September 3, 2026. All securities issued are subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance.
