Hi-View Resources Inc. has completed its non-brokered private placement by issuing 5,757,231 charity flow-through units at $0.40 per unit, generating $2,302,892 in gross proceeds.

The closing marks an increase from the company’s initial financing terms announced on August 13, 2026, which targeted a minimum of 3,750,000 units for $1,500,000.

Each charity flow-through unit consists of one common share and one-half of a transferable purchase warrant. Whole warrants allow holders to buy an additional non-flow-through common share at $0.42 for a period of 24 months.

Gross proceeds will fund eligible Canadian exploration expenses and British Columbia flow-through mining expenditures across the company’s portfolio in northern British Columbia. Hi-View is required to renounce these qualifying exploration expenditures with an effective date no later than December 31, 2026, and incur the expenses by December 31, 2027.

These expenditures qualify as flow-through critical mineral mining expenditures, offering eligible individual investors a federal 30% investment tax credit alongside an additional 20% provincial tax credit for British Columbia residents.

Funds will support exploration at the Golden Stranger Project, which serves as the flagship asset within the company's holdings of gold, silver, and copper properties across the Toodoggone region.

In connection with the placement, Hi-View paid cash finder’s fees of $56,620.81 and issued 217,772 compensation warrants. Each compensation warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share at $0.26 for 24 months. All securities issued under the offering are subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance.
