Homeland Nickel Secures C$3.04M Private Placement to Fund Oregon Exploration

Homeland Nickel Inc. has initiated a non-brokered private placement to raise gross proceeds of up to C$3,040,000 through the issuance of up to 8.0 million units priced at C$0.38 each.
Each unit consists of one common share and half of a common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant enables the holder to purchase an additional common share at C$0.50 within twenty-four months of the financing closing. The company expects the placement to close on or about September 10, 2026, pending approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. All securities issued under the offering will carry a four-month and one-day hold period from the issue date.
The financing proceeds will fund property payment obligations and exploration programs. Homeland holds nine nickel projects in Oregon, United States, including the Cleopatra Property, which hosts a historical resource of approximately 40 million tonnes of laterite grading 0.9% nickel. The capital injection follows the company's reacquisition of net smelter returns and milestone payments from RAB Capital.
“The financing will help Homeland complete its existing property payment obligations and exploration programs well into 2027 with minimal dilution to existing shareholders. We look forward to starting our sonic drill program at Red Flat within the next few months as exploration permits are received.”, said Stephen Balch, President & CEO.
In addition to the private placement, Homeland reported the sale of 339,245 of its own common shares to an arm's-length third-party purchaser at C$0.30 per share, generating total consideration of C$101,773.50. Those shares were originally received through a distribution by Noble Mineral Exploration Inc., concluding the company's recent capital management initiatives alongside the financing.
