Homeland Nickel Inc. has secured acceptance from the United States Forest Service for its Plan of Operation covering a planned sonic drill program at the Red Flat nickel project in Oregon, advancing the proposal to environmental evaluation and cultural reviews.

Following the approval, fieldwork for these assessments is underway, while a revised operating plan for the Cleopatra property is expected next week.

Alongside regulatory progress, Homeland completed its previously announced non-brokered private placement. The company issued 8,000,000 units at C$0.38 per unit, raising gross proceeds of C$3,040,000. Each unit consists of one common share and half a warrant exercisable at C$0.50 for 24 months. Capital will fund property payments, exploration, and corporate requirements.

Data recompilation for both properties satisfies the company's Qualified Person, removing the need for additional fieldwork to generate updated Mineral Resource Estimates. The Cleopatra property hosts a historical resource of approximately 40 million tonnes of laterite grading 0.93% nickel, representing the largest historical undeveloped nickel resource in the continental United States.

Recompiled data will support an initial assessment report for Cleopatra in SK-1300 format and a Preliminary Economic Assessment for Red Flat under NI 43-101 standards. Homeland expects to complete these reports during the fourth quarter of 2026, roughly a year ahead of schedule.

The company also recently engaged AI Power Marketing Ltd. for media services pursuant to an agreement dated August 26, 2026, involving a one-time fee of C$20,000 to produce a video interview distributed across Midas Letter channels.
