Homerun Resources has executed a Memorandum of Understanding with Cebrace Cristal Plano Ltda. to evaluate a strategic commercial partnership supporting the development of Homerun’s proposed solar glass manufacturing facility in Bahia, Brazil.

The agreement establishes an exclusive framework for Cebrace—a joint venture between Saint-Gobain and NSG Group and Brazil’s leading float glass manufacturer—to supply solar module back glass and provide strategic advisory services toward the development, implementation, and operation of the facility. The project is anchored by the company's high-purity low-iron silica resource located in the Belmonte Silica District.

Under the terms of the arrangement, the evaluation process remains subject to satisfactory due diligence and the execution of definitive commercial agreements.

If the evaluation results in definitive agreements, Homerun has the opportunity to reconfigure the facility from the configuration contemplated in its May 12, 2026 Bankable Feasibility Study—which comprised two front glass production lines, one back glass production line, and one hybrid line—to three front glass production lines and one hybrid line. Front glass represents the highest-value and highest-margin product within the planned facility production.

The current evaluation phase covers technical aspects, manufacturing optimization, logistics planning, commercial supply arrangements, and operational assessments.

The initiative follows previous development steps, including a Letter of Intent signed with SORG Group on January 21, 2026, for the realization of the planned 1,000 tonne-per-day solar glass manufacturing plant in Santa Maria Eterna, Bahia. Homerun expects to complete the evaluation process under the MOU with Cebrace and execute definitive commercial agreements for the supply of solar module back glass and potential facility reconfiguration.
