Horizon Gold Limited has intersected wide and high-grade gold mineralization across the Howards, Heron South, and Melbourne Bitter prospects at its 100% owned Gum Creek Gold Project in Western Australia.

Reverse circulation drilling at Howards confirmed an 800-metre southern extension to known mineralization, with intercepts returned in every drill hole across 100-metre spaced lines. Significant results from Howards included six metres at 5.57 grams per tonne gold from 70 metres, including three metres at 9.91 grams per tonne, and nine metres at 2.27 grams per tonne gold from 41 metres. An additional hole testing a conceptual target approximately 300 metres into the footwall returned two metres at 1.53 grams per tonne gold from 64 metres, pointing to a potential untouched footwall lode.

Infill and extensional drilling at Heron South and Melbourne Bitter similarly returned high-grade intervals. Heron South delivered six metres at 12.67 grams per tonne gold from 114 metres, including one metre at 58.70 grams per tonne, alongside 25 metres at 1.79 grams per tonne gold from 84 metres. At Melbourne Bitter, shallow drilling returned 21 metres at 2.14 grams per tonne gold from 24 metres and 11 metres at 1.78 grams per tonne from 35 metres.

“The impressive RC drilling results from Howards, Heron South, and Melbourne Bitter are just part of the ongoing RC program that is constantly highlighting the potential for significant resource expansion across the Gum Creek Project. Follow up drilling is being planned at these and various other prospects prior to updating the respective resource estimations, all of which have the potential to enhance the Project economics beyond the recent DFS.”

The company plans to complete further reverse circulation and diamond drilling across all three prospects. Infill resource drilling at Howards is scheduled for the coming months to support a Mineral Resource Estimate update later in 2026.

The ongoing exploration follows a definitive feasibility study completed in July 2026, which outlined an initial 10-year open-pit mining operation. That study established a maiden probable open-pit ore reserve of 18.2 million tonnes at 1.24 grams per tonne gold for 728,000 contained ounces, with management targeting a final investment decision for the project in the second quarter of 2027.
