Hot Chili Limited has intersected 398 metres grading 0.45% copper equivalent from surface at the La Verde porphyry discovery in Chile, highlighted by a shallow high-grade interval of 62 metres grading 0.91% copper equivalent from 20 metres depth.

The latest reverse circulation drilling program has returned three shallow high-grade intersections, supporting the continuity of wide mineralised zones across the deposit. Drillhole DKP063 included smaller intervals of 12 metres grading 1.00% copper equivalent from 20 metres and 34 metres grading 1.00% copper equivalent from 42 metres.

A second hole, DKP075, returned a partial intersection of 132 metres grading 0.57% copper equivalent from 24 metres depth, including 42 metres grading 0.70% copper equivalent from 96 metres. Assays for the remaining 177 metres of DKP075 remain pending. Meanwhile, drillhole DKP064 returned 126 metres grading 0.45% copper equivalent from 54 metres depth, including 26 metres grading 0.70% copper equivalent from 108 metres, alongside a deeper interval of 74 metres grading 0.35% copper equivalent from 276 metres.

In addition to shallow drilling, final assays from diamond drillhole DKD060 confirmed the vertical continuity of the mineralised porphyry system to a down-hole depth of 765.2 metres. An interval of 123.1 metres grading 0.30% copper equivalent from 642.1 metres was added to the upper intersection, featuring a 2.3-metre zone grading 4.56% copper from 655.5 metres hosted within chalcopyrite-rich veining. Assays from 22 additional drillholes remain pending.

Located 30 kilometres south of the planned central processing hub for Costa Fuego in Chile's Atacama region, La Verde is a cornerstone component of Hot Chili's development strategy.

The company is targeting completion of a maiden Mineral Resource Estimate for La Verde later in 2026. This resource will be incorporated into an enhanced Costa Fuego pre-feasibility study, ahead of a planned Environmental Impact Assessment submission in the second quarter of 2027.

DKP063 is among the strongest near-surface intersections we have drilled at La Verde so far, with comparable grades are now appearing across the deposit, we have confidence in the scale of a potential high-grade starter pit for Costa Fuego.
