HydroGraph Closes C$70.4 Million Upsized Bought Deal Offering

HydroGraph Clean Power Inc. has closed its upsized bought deal public offering, raising aggregate gross proceeds of C$70,380,000.
The financing delivered 10,350,000 units priced at C$6.80 each, a total that includes the full exercise of an over-allotment option for 1,350,000 units worth C$9,180,000. Canaccord Genuity Corp. acted as the sole underwriter and bookrunner, receiving a cash commission of C$4,202,196 alongside 310,500 broker warrants exercisable at C$8.16 until August 25, 2029. Each ordinary unit consists of one common share and half of a common share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant carrying an exercise price of C$8.16 until August 25, 2031.
The capital injection follows prior financing rounds, including a C$30 million LIFE offering in March 2026 and a C$20 million LIFE offering in November 2025, to fund commercial and production activities.
Net proceeds are earmarked for business development, working capital, general corporate purposes, and the expansion of HydroGraph’s manufacturing facilities in Texas.
