Revenues totaled $856.9 million from sales of 195,100 ounces at an average realized gold price of $4,384 per ounce, representing a substantial increase compared to the average realized gold price of $3,182 per ounce recorded in the comparable prior-year period. At the Côté Gold operation in Ontario, attributable production reached 67,300 ounces in the second quarter. Plant throughput neared full capacity in June following the replacement of the conveyor belt in May and the commissioning of a second cone crusher. IAMGOLD discontinued external contractor crushing by the end of June, which is expected to lower unit processing costs in the second half of the year. An updated technical report and mine plan for Côté Gold are scheduled for release in the fourth quarter of 2026, incorporating the consolidated Côté and Gosselin mineral resources, which exceed 20 million ounces of measured and indicated resources.

The Westwood complex in Quebec produced 32,400 ounces in the second quarter, supported by underground mining of 104,000 tonnes at an average grade of 8.34 grams per tonne. In Burkina Faso, the Essakane mine contributed 88,400 attributable ounces, with total production reaching 104,000 ounces on a 100% basis. IAMGOLD successfully repatriated the entire $680.7 million representing its net share of the record 2025 dividend declared by Essakane. Furthermore, Essakane declared an approximate $500 million dividend from 2025 profits in June 2026, of which the company’s 85% share totals approximately $400 million.

The company strengthened its balance sheet by repaying the remaining $100 million balance on its revolving credit facility and repurchasing 8.6 million common shares for $147.9 million under its normal course issuer bid during the quarter. IAMGOLD ended the period with $501.4 million in cash and cash equivalents and total available liquidity of $1.35 billion, alongside an undrawn $850 million credit facility extended to June 2030.

Beyond its producing assets, IAMGOLD holds the Nelligan Mining Complex in Quebec, covering a dominant land position of approximately 134,000 hectares following the acquisitions of Northern Superior and Orbec.
