iMetal Resources Appoints Paul Larkin and Robert Scott to Board and Executive

iMetal Resources Inc. has appointed Paul Larkin as an independent director and Robert Scott as Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Larkin fills the board vacancy left by Scott Davis, who has resigned from the board to focus on other matters while remaining with the company in an advisory capacity.
The new appointments add public-company, capital markets and governance experience as iMetal advances its exploration portfolio in Ontario and Quebec. Mr. Larkin brings decades of experience with investment and financial consulting firms, alongside previous board roles guiding junior natural resource companies through financings, governance matters, and major corporate transactions. Mr. Scott contributes more than 25 years of experience in accounting, corporate finance, and compliance, having served as a senior officer and director for multiple TSX Venture Exchange-listed issuers.
“Paul and Rob bring public-company, capital markets and transaction experience that is directly relevant to iMetal's next stage,” said Saf Dhillon, President and CEO of iMetal. “Both have helped guide junior companies through financings, governance matters and value-creating transactions. I also thank Scott Davis for his years of service and dedication, and for his continued support as an advisor to the Company.” — Saf Dhillon, President and CEO of iMetal
The board changes follow a strategic investment in August 2026 by McFarlane Lake Mining Limited, which completed a transaction to become iMetal’s largest shareholder with a 19.9% ownership interest, alongside the right to nominate a board member and advise on exploration at the Gowganda West project.
