Impact Minerals Completes Rights Issue

Impact Minerals Limited has completed its renounceable rights issue, raising $2,205,263 before costs to accelerate development across its high-purity alumina portfolio.
The offering closed with $1,000,789 raised through entitlements and $1,204,475 secured from the shortfall. The company will issue 68,914,469 new fully paid ordinary shares alongside 45,942,980 new options exercisable at $0.06 and expiring on 17 March 2029. A further 22,052,630 options are allocated to lead manager and underwriter Mahe Capital. The stock is currently trading at $0.028, down 3.45%.
Impact advances its flagship Lake Hope High Purity Alumina Project toward feasibility following previous pre-feasibility work and ongoing metallurgical pilot plant testing. The company previously received firm commitments to raise A$2,000,000 before costs in a strategic placement in March 2026 to advance its key projects.
“The ongoing support for this raising comes at an important point in Impact's evolution. We are building a differentiated position in high-purity alumina through two complementary pathways: Alluminous, with its capital-efficient and modular route to market, and Lake Hope, with the potential to deliver long-life, low-cost production from our own mineral resource.”
“This funding allows us to accelerate both pathways, with piloting of the Lake Hope process now underway and commissioning of the Alluminous pilot plant continuing. Our focus is increasingly on demonstrating these technologies at scale, producing material for customer qualification and moving towards the commercial milestones that can unlock the value we see in both projects.”
— Jim McKerlie, Chair
New securities are scheduled for issue on Friday, 18 September, with directors and the lead manager retaining discretion to place any remaining shortfall shares within three months. Impact is advancing Lake Hope process piloting and Alluminous pilot plant commissioning to produce material for customer qualification.
