A reinterpretation of previously acquired geophysical data has confirmed a coherent gold target at the North Pool prospect within Industrial Minerals Ltd's Laverton Gold Project in Western Australia.

“Confirming a strong, coherent geophysical target at North Pool, sitting right on the Chatterbox Shear and coincident with historic high-grade drilling, is exactly the kind of result we hoped the technical review would deliver. It gives us a well-defined, drill-ready target immediately along strike from Genesis Minerals' 430,000-ounce Beasley Creek deposit.”

— Jeff Sweet, Managing Director

The review of open-file aeromagnetic and gravity datasets defined a discrete magnetic and gravity feature along the Chatterbox Shear Zone over an interpreted strike extent of at least 1,700 metres. The geophysical target is spatially coincident with a cluster of historic high-grade gold drill intercepts, including 1 metre at 82.2 g/t gold from 63 metres in hole BCP0482, 4 metres at 19.17 g/t gold from surface in hole BCP0413, and 1 metre at 36.0 g/t gold from 24 metres in hole BNWI176.

Industrial Minerals acquired the Laverton Gold Project through its binding agreement to purchase Galleon Metals, announced on 13 May 2026, encompassing 15 exploration licences covering approximately 205 square kilometres within the Laverton Tectonic Zone. The North Pool prospect is currently a pending exploration licence application, with no assurance that the application will be granted. The project area has also seen historical drilling compilation at the Majestic prospect in June 2026, which identified widespread near-surface gold mineralisation across that tenement.

The company intends to execute a reverse circulation drilling program at North Pool to test along strike and at depth on the Chatterbox Shear Zone as part of its planned exploration programme across the wider portfolio.
