Infini Resources Limited has commenced diamond drilling at the Portland Creek Uranium Project in Newfoundland, Canada, marking the start of its expanded approximately 5,000-metre Phase 3 exploration campaign.

The current campaign scales up from previous site work. The completed Phase 2 diamond drilling program comprised 5,310 metres across 17 drillholes. The new Phase 3 program schedules approximately 5,000 metres of diamond drilling supported by an additional 1,000 metres of trenching operating in parallel to expose bedrock for structural mapping and radiometric assessment.

Targeting focuses on the confluence of multiple datasets where structural intersections, magnetic destruction boundaries and uranium anomalism coincide. Three-dimensional magnetic inversion modelling has mapped extensive anomalism interpreted as a magnetic destruction footprint developed along the project's structural network, indicative of a large, structurally controlled hydrothermal system.

Phase 3 includes the first drill test of demagnetised granite interpreted beneath the talus slope at the Falls Lake Prospect, where previous soil sampling returned assays up to approximately 7.5% U3O8. Infini previously expanded its Portland Creek landholding in January 2026 through the acquisition of additional mineral licences, lifting its total land position in Newfoundland to over 32,000 hectares.

Contractor mobilisation to the project is complete, with Rodren Drilling operating as the drilling contractor and Coast Mountain Geological providing geological services.
