Intrepid Metals Corp. has commenced a 10,000-metre diamond drill program and a 65 line-kilometre direct current induced polarization and magnetotelluric geophysical survey at the Corral Copper Project in Cochise County, Arizona.

The field campaign splits the drilling into two equal parts. The first 5,000 metres targets extensions of near-surface carbonate replacement deposit style copper-gold-silver mineralization across the Holliday, Ringo, Clanton and Earp zones. The remaining 5,000 metres is designed to test high-priority porphyry copper-gold targets and evaluate the potential source of the wider mineralizing system.

Teck Resources Limited became an equity stakeholder in Intrepid at the end of 2025, and work at the project is undertaken with input from Teck. Earlier this year, Intrepid acquired the Viewsite Claims in February 2026, adding 348 acres of patented mining claims and increasing the Corral land position to approximately 10,346 acres.

Quantec Geoscience Ltd. is conducting the geophysical survey using a SWATH configuration to collect direct current resistivity, induced polarization chargeability and magnetotelluric resistivity datasets. Fieldwork for the survey is expected to take approximately two months to complete.

The initial phase of drilling is underway at the Holliday Zone. Porphyry-focused drilling is scheduled to begin in late October 2026, pending the completion and integration of the geophysical survey data.
