Inventus Mining Corp. has entered into a definitive property purchase agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the Belfast-Teck Mag property package from Conquest Resources Limited, expanding its regional land position in Ontario to 681 square kilometres. The transaction brings in the past-producing Golden Rose Mine, located 14 kilometres north of Inventus's flagship Pardo project and connected directly by a provincial highway.

Under the purchase terms, Inventus will issue 8,000,000 common shares at $0.295 per share at closing, subject to statutory hold periods and a voluntary pooling arrangement, alongside a 2.0% net smelter return royalty with a buyback right of 0.5% for C$1,000,000. Completion of the transaction remains subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.

The acquisition adds an underground gold asset with a documented history of high-grade production and significant exploration potential. The historical drill database includes high-grade intercepts such as 19.76 g/t gold over 22.88 metres, 50.93 g/t gold over 5.79 metres, 15.30 g/t gold over 15.24 metres, and 165.81 g/t gold over 1.40 metres.

“Since writing a technical report on the Golden Rose Mine in 2020, I have had my eye on the property and am very pleased with the transaction. The historic mine adds a high-grade gold growth opportunity 14 km north of Pardo connected directly by a provincial highway.” — Wesley Whymark, CEO & Director

“As importantly, we intend to evaluate whether Golden Rose may represent a possible source region for the gold at Pardo, a geological relationship that could unlock a much larger district-scale exploration opportunity.” — Wesley Whymark, CEO & Director

Following the transaction's close, Inventus plans to launch a dedicated drill program at Golden Rose to confirm historical high-grade gold mineralization and test extensions along strike and at depth. The company also intends to advance the asset toward a maiden mineral resource estimate by integrating and validating historical drilling.

Inventus operates the 100%-owned Pardo Paleoplacer Gold Project as its lead near-term development priority. SRK Consulting was appointed in August 2026 to complete a maiden mineral resource estimate for Pardo, which is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026. Inventus also staked 50 new claims near the project in late August 2026.

Following the acquisition announcement, Inventus shares closed at $0.31, up 5.08% on the day.
