InVert Graphite Limited has completed the acquisition of RapidGraphite Pty Ltd after finalizing all conditions precedent, securing exclusive worldwide rights to the proprietary RapidPulse™ catalytic graphitization technology.

The transaction delivers downstream processing capabilities designed to convert natural graphite into battery-grade material within seconds. Co-developer Dr. Jason Fogg has joined InVert full-time to lead the commercialization of this advanced materials technology.

The completed acquisition follows binding conditional agreements initially signed in June 2026. To support the transition, InVert completed a A$2.5 million capital raise through a placement to institutional and sophisticated investors. This funding is dedicated to fast-tracking scaled-up commercialization and pre-pilot furnace trials using the RapidPulse™ processing method.

This downstream technology acquisition is paired with the company's upstream resource foundation at the Morogoro Graphite Project in Tanzania. Morogoro is the company's flagship asset, comprising approximately 386 square kilometers of granted and application-stage exploration ground prospective for high-grade graphite.

The project is anchored by a maiden Mineral Resource Estimate at the Kumba deposit, which delivers 32.2 million tonnes at an average grade of 8.0% Total Graphitic Carbon, containing 2.56 million tonnes of graphite. Classified entirely as Inferred, the maiden estimate is based on an initial drilling program comprising reverse circulation and diamond drill holes, alongside trenching across the prospect. Mineralization at Kumba commences from surface, with 97% of the resource located within the top 75 meters of the deposit.

On-site operations are scheduled to resume shortly. Drilling at the Kumba deposit is targeted to recommence in September 2026, with work focusing on achieving a Resource category upgrade and collecting representative samples for ongoing metallurgical testwork.
