The non-underwritten capital raising is structured as a 1-for-5.5 accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer of up to 144,208,654 new ordinary shares at an offer price of A$0.035 per share. The institutional component aims to raise approximately A$4 million, backed by over A$3.6 million in expected commitments from key shareholders and strategic investors. Commitments for the raising include participation from existing shareholder King George Investments alongside new strategic investors including M Resources, led by Matt Latimore, and the Tribeca Global Natural Resource fund. All company directors have confirmed they will take up their entitlements.
Proceeds will be applied primarily to complete the Final Environmental Assessment Application for Crown Mountain ahead of expected submission to regulators by the end of 2026. Funds will also support ongoing engagement with Indigenous Nations to finalise long-term partnership agreements, including a proposed Shared Prosperity Agreement with the Yaq̑it ʔa·knuqⱡi'it First Nation, alongside general working capital.
Jameson holds a 78.2% equity interest in Crown Mountain Resources Limited, which holds a 90% interest in the Crown Mountain Coal Project.

The Company is pleased with the support received from key shareholders and new investors, underlining the Crown Mountain Project's status as one of the world's most advanced greenfield premium steelmaking coal projects."
