Javelin Receives Final Mining Approval For Eureka Gold Project

Javelin Minerals Limited has secured final mining approval for the Eureka Gold Project in Western Australia, with the WA Department of Mines, Petroleum and Exploration approving the Mining Development and Closure Proposal.
The approval makes the project shovel-ready, with a complete JORC Mineral Resource, approved mine plan, and development pathway now in place. The deposit holds a total JORC Mineral Resource of 2.04 million tonnes at 1.69 grams per tonne gold for 110,687 ounces, which includes an Indicated Resource of 1.36 million tonnes at 1.8 grams per tonne gold for 78,678 ounces.
Recent reverse circulation drilling confirmed the continuity of shallow mineralisation and extended high-grade zones along strike within the planned Eureka and Eureka Northwest open pits. Significant intercepts from the program included 4 metres at 2.7 grams per tonne gold from 91 metres in hole EKRC036, 4 metres at 2.3 grams per tonne gold from 52 metres in hole EKRC037, and 5 metres at 2.1 grams per tonne gold from 45 metres in hole EKRC022. The main Eureka orebody remains open down-plunge to the north, and Javelin is planning to complete drillholes EKRC011 and EKRC012 with diamond tails to test these deeper northern extensions.
Under a Right to Mine agreement signed in September 2025, mining services provider MEGA Resources will provide geological, engineering, mining, and transport services for the operation. MEGA Resources is set to provide $25 million in project financing to fully fund the Eureka Gold Project into production and positive cashflow.
That funding and operational support remain subject to the execution of a binding ore purchase agreement for ore processing. Javelin is holding ongoing discussions with nearby mill operators with the aim of commencing ore processing as soon as practicable. The execution of an ore purchase agreement will trigger the release of the $25 million financing package and initiate monthly cash prepayments of $250,000 from Javelin's share of project profits.
In October 2025, Javelin also finalized a Land Use Agreement with the Marlinyu Ghoorlie Native Title Claimant Group covering tenements across the project area, providing the operational certainty required for exploration and mining. The company previously lodged its Mining Development and Closure Proposal in December 2025, culminating in the final regulatory clearance now secured.
