K2 Gold Corporation has recorded a 97.1% aggregate soluble-gold-to-fire-assay-gold ratio across 211 mineralized samples from its first seven 2026 drill holes at the Dragonfly Zone within the Mojave Project in Inyo County, California.

The test results indicate that gold within the sampled intervals is readily leachable in an oxide environment to depths of up to 180 metres below surface. Individual hole aggregate ratios from the 2026 program ranged between 93.4% and 99.9%.

The latest figures compare favourably with historical check assays conducted in 2020 on 206 paired samples across Dragonfly and the Newmont target, which yielded an aggregate ratio of 95.0%. Geological logging across both target areas has documented pervasive iron-oxide-rich sedimentary rocks and extensive visual oxidation within the gold-bearing structures.

The analytical ratios apply specifically to samples that returned initial fire-assay grades exceeding 0.100 g/t gold and do not represent all drilled material. Work at the property is advancing under a positive Record of Decision issued by the U.S. Bureau of Land Management in April 2026, which authorized exploration drilling across the Dragonfly and Newmont target areas. K2 is continuing its active 14,000-metre drilling campaign at the project through the remainder of the year, with assay results from 16 drill holes currently pending.
