K2 Gold Corporation has intersected multiple stacked structures hosting high-grade oxide gold at the Dragonfly Zone within its 100% owned Mojave Project in Inyo County, California.

The results stem from four drill holes completed from site DF-F, positioned as a 40-metre step-back to the west of the company's 2020 discovery intercept at the California asset. Hole DF26-023 returned 27.43 metres grading 4.08 g/t gold from 82.30 metres down hole, an interval that included a 15.24-metre section grading 5.30 g/t gold.

Hole DF26-024 intersected 3.05 metres grading 17.55 g/t gold from 62.48 metres, followed by 28.95 metres grading 2.03 g/t gold, including 16.76 metres at 3.03 g/t gold. Meanwhile, hole DF26-021 returned 32.01 metres grading 2.02 g/t gold from 50.29 metres down hole, with a 4.57-metre subsection grading 8.81 g/t gold. Hole DF26-022 intersected 33.53 metres grading 1.63 g/t gold from 102.11 metres down hole, including 6.10 metres at 4.97 g/t gold.

The new data continue to confirm that the Dragonfly Zone consists of stacked, west-dipping gold-bearing structures that remain open in all directions. Individual structures appear to widen at depth across the +6,000-hectare property, which previously hosted historical work by Newmont and BHP.

Exploration at the Mojave Project is proceeding under a positive Record of Decision issued by the U.S. Bureau of Land Management in April 2026, which approved the current exploration drilling program.

To date, K2 has completed 23 holes for 4,182 metres of a fully permitted and fully funded 14,000-metre campaign, with assay results from 16 additional drill holes at the Dragonfly Zone remaining pending.
