Kaili Resources Limited has returned laboratory assay results from a July 2026 aircore drilling program at the Coodalya tenement within the Mallee Project in South Australia, highlighted by a peak intercept of 1,125.51 ppm Total Rare Earth Oxides.

The drilling program comprised 16 holes for a total of 261 metres, reaching depths of up to 18 metres primarily in the northeast corner of the Coodalya tenement, designated EL 6978. The program tested areas following up on previous drilling programs.

ALS Laboratory processed selected samples using Method ME MS 81 for full suite rare earth element analysis following portable X-ray fluorescence scanning. Assay results confirmed five samples returning greater than 300 ppm TREO. Hole 26CDAC023 intersected 1 metre at 1,125.51 ppm TREO from 15 metres to 16 metres, followed by a 1-metre interval assaying 350.23 ppm TREO from 16 metres to 17 metres. Additional significant results included hole 26CDAC025 returning 428.84 ppm TREO over 1 metre from 15 metres to 16 metres, and hole 26CDAC030 yielding 361.91 ppm TREO over 1 metre from 6 metres to 7 metres.

The company holds the Limestone Coast project, which encompasses the Coodalya EL 6978, Lameroo EL 6856, and Karte EL 6977 tenements situated approximately 200 kilometres east of Adelaide within the Murray Basin. Rare earth mineralization in the region is hosted within the fine clay fraction of Tertiary-aged strandlines belonging to the Loxton and Parilla Sands. Kaili previously completed a 973-metre aircore drilling program across 54 holes at the Limestone Coast tenements in September 2025 to gather baseline geological data.

Following the completion of the July program, Kaili plans to evaluate further drilling campaigns within adjacent private landholdings at the project.
