Kaiser Reef Limited has updated the mineral inventory at its underground Henty gold mine in Tasmania, reporting an unchanged reserve base that fully replaces production depletion over the previous year.

The updated Ore Reserve stands at 1.91 million tonnes at 3.22 grams per tonne of gold for 198,000 ounces, compared to 1.89 million tonnes at 3.28 grams per tonne for 199,000 ounces reported in October 2025. The new reserve baseline successfully offsets 25,800 ounces of mine production extracted during the twelve months leading to June 30, 2026.

The accompanying Mineral Resource Estimate stands at 4.23 million tonnes at 3.16 grams per tonne of gold for 429,000 ounces, compared to the 4.11 million tonnes at 3.32 grams per tonne for 438,000 ounces published in October 2025. Within that total, Indicated Resources expanded by 19,000 ounces to reach 366,000 ounces of gold.

The update keeps Henty's mine life anchored at approximately six years based strictly on reserves, supporting a steady production target of 30,000 ounces per annum. Kaiser Reef is also eyeing a higher output run-rate of 35,000 ounces per annum from late fiscal 2027.
