Kenorland Minerals Ltd. has intersected high-grade gold mineralization returning 1.05 metres at 204.34 g/t gold, including 0.50 metres grading 428.5 g/t gold, in hole 26DFDD003 during its maiden diamond drill program at the Western Wabigoon Project in northwestern Ontario.

The maiden drilling campaign comprised 4,089 metres across nine diamond drill holes testing the W2 target area. The work is being conducted under an option agreement with a subsidiary of Centerra Gold Inc., which approved a budget of $3.2 million for the 2026 summer exploration program at the property to cover both the diamond drilling and regional till surveys.

Gold mineralization was intersected in eight of the nine completed drill holes, confirming the presence of a shear-hosted, gold-bearing hydrothermal system along the tested strike length of the W2 target. Alongside the high-grade intercept in hole 26DFDD003, drilling encountered broad zones of low-grade mineralization, including 37.75 metres grading 0.30 g/t gold with a higher-grade interval of 17.05 metres at 0.47 g/t gold in hole 26DFDD004. Further south, hole 26DFDD007 returned 23.90 metres grading 0.25 g/t gold, which included 1.25 metres at 2.28 g/t gold.

Systematic geochemical surveys completed in 2025 at Western Wabigoon previously defined an approximately 19-kilometre gold-in-till trend along a major structural corridor. The 2026 summer exploration campaign also included heavy mineral concentrate sampling and geological mapping across the W2 Trend, W1 North, and W3 target areas, expanding the footprint of the gold grain anomalies and highlighting the high-priority W2 North target where the north-trending mineralization remains open along strike.

The company also announced the official closing of its previously announced acquisition of the Golden Sidewalk Project from Prosper Gold Corp.

For the next steps at Western Wabigoon, Kenorland and Centerra are integrating the maiden drill results with regional structural, geochemical, and geophysical datasets to refine targets for a follow-up drill program. Priorities include stepping out along strike to the north along the W2 Trend to test the W2 North target area, alongside additional surface work and heavy mineral concentrate till sampling across the broader 19-kilometre trend and the W1 North and W3 targets.
