Killi Resources has appointed geologist Hamish Halliday as Managing Director, effective 24 August 2026, to oversee the rapid advancement of the Lodestone Iron Ore Project in Western Australia.

Halliday brings roughly 30 years of industry experience, having founded several junior resource companies including Adamus Resources, Gryphon Minerals, and Blackstone Minerals. He joined the Killi board in June 2026 following the company's acquisition of an 80% interest in Lodestone.

Under his executive services agreement, Halliday will receive a gross annual remuneration of $375,000, with the position terminable on six months’ written notice.

The leadership reshuffle sees former interim chief executive Brett Smith transition to General Manager - Technical, while chief executive Kathryn Cutler has stepped down by mutual agreement after five years.

The company commenced a 20,000-metre drilling program at Lodestone in August 2026 to expand the project's existing Inferred Mineral Resource of approximately 110 million tonnes at 33% mass recovery for a 69% Fe concentrate.
