Killi Resources Hits Massive Crystalline Magnetite in First Lodestone Step-Out Hole

Killi Resources Limited has completed its first resource step-out diamond core drill hole at the Lodestone Iron Ore Project in Western Australia’s Mid-West region, intersecting an 80.2-metre down-hole interval of coarse-grained, crystalline magnetite.

The diamond hole, designated KKDD001, was drilled approximately 100 metres south of the existing 110-million-tonne JORC inferred resource. Visual logging estimated true widths of between 40 and 50 metres, confirming the unique coarse-grained and recrystallised nature of the banded iron formation.

Killi secured the 25-kilometre banded-iron sequence in June 2026 through an agreement to acquire an 80% interest via Yukon Resources Pty Ltd. The project is located approximately 200 kilometres from the Port of Geraldton and sits adjacent to established grid power, road, and rail infrastructure that leads directly to the port.

The company previously commenced its 20,000-metre reverse circulation and diamond core drilling campaign at Lodestone in August 2026. The program is designed to extend and upgrade the current resource base across the substantial iron ore system and provide sample material for detailed test work. Following geological logging, core samples from the initial hole will be submitted to ALS Labs for Davis Tube Recovery analyses and metallurgical test work to confirm grade, recovery, and product characteristics.
