Kincora Ends June Quarter With A$12M Cash and Completes Condobolin Drilling

Kincora Copper Limited closed the June quarter with approximately A$12 million in cash and completed nine drill holes at its 100%-owned Condobolin project in New South Wales.
The campaign marks the first systematic drilling program at the historic mining field in over a decade. Assay results for the completed holes are currently pending. The company owns 100% of the Condobolin project, which covers historic mining fields in the southern Cobar Basin. Kincora combined traditional geological evaluations with next-generation artificial intelligence reviews across its New South Wales portfolio to generate and refine new exploration targets during the period, with planning also underway for air-core drilling programs during the upcoming late spring and summer period.
"With approximately A$12M in cash, further proceeds expected from the Mongolian divestment and multiple exploration catalysts ahead, Kincora is well positioned to systematically advance our NSW portfolio and pursue the next stage of our hybrid prospect generator strategy."
— Sam Spring, President and Chief Executive Officer
Alongside sole-funded work at Condobolin, partner-funded drilling continued with AngloGold Ashanti at the Nevertire South project, which targets a prospective porphyry setting within the Northern Junee-Narromine Belt. Kincora has also initiated a formal process with potential new asset-level partners for the Trundle, Fairholme, Cowal East and Cundumbul projects.
In corporate and portfolio management, Kincora is progressing the divestment of its Mongolian assets for a total consideration of US$10 million. The company has received US$5 million to date, with the final US$5 million payment expected upon the formal completion of the transaction.
