King Global Ventures is continuing exploration work at its Black Canyon Project in Yavapai County, Arizona, as policy initiatives focus on expanding domestic mineral supply chains and workforce credentials.

The property comprises 213 contiguous concessions covering 4,000 acres, encompassing 15 former operating mines, including the past-producing Howard Copper Mine. King Global is advancing a 14,000-foot diamond drill program at the Iron Horse target within the project area to test priority geophysical anomalies for potential volcanogenic massive sulphide mineralization within the Lower Spud Mountain Formation.

Ongoing geological logging, XRF interpretation, and wedge drilling from hole IH-26-03 are being used to test the target at depth and determine the geological source of the geophysical anomalies. The work builds on earlier technical reviews and historical data from the district, where previous operations focused on high-grade copper following the discovery of the Howard Copper Mine in the early 1920s.

To fund ongoing exploration and drilling across the Iron Horse and Black Canyon assets, King Global announced a private placement financing of up to US$2.3 million in August 2026, issuing units priced at US$0.40 each to fund ongoing exploration and drilling at the Iron Horse and Black Canyon projects.
