Klondike Gold Expands Montana Creek Royalty Receipts by 201 Ounces as Phase 2 Drilling Nears

Klondike Gold Corp. has increased its cumulative 2026 placer gold royalty receipts from the Montana Creek Placer Property to 377.7 ounces of flake gold at approximately 82% purity, up 201.6 ounces from the 176.1 ounces reported in the company’s previous update.
The receipts from partner Armstrong Mining Corp., following refining, have credited the company with approximately 306 ounces of gold at 99.99% purity. The ongoing royalty provides non-dilutive funding that supports ongoing exploration across the company’s broader holdings.
Klondike Gold Corp. holds a 100%-owned, 727-square-kilometer land package at the Klondike District Project in the Dawson Mining District of Yukon Territory, Canada. The property currently hosts an established mineral resource estimate of 469,000 Indicated and 112,000 Inferred gold ounces, effective November 10, 2022.
Alongside the royalty receipts, the company has completed on-site hyperspectral scanning across 22,352.1 meters of drill core to map alteration signatures associated with gold mineralization. Analytical results remain pending from the 7,697.17 meters of diamond drilling completed across 34 holes during Phase 1 of the 2026 exploration program.
Klondike Gold is preparing to launch Phase 2 of its 2026 diamond drilling program in September, targeting up to 8,000 meters of additional drilling. Data from the hyperspectral analysis and ongoing structural mapping are being integrated into an evolving 3D geological model to refine targets for the upcoming campaign. The company is incorporating drilling completed between 2022 and 2026 toward an updated Mineral Resource Estimate targeted for completion during the first half of 2027.
“We are pleased to be advancing directly from the completion of Phase 1 into the next stage of our 2026 exploration program. The integration of structural mapping, hyperspectral alteration data and our evolving 3D geological model is helping us refine targets as we continue to build our understanding of the Klondike District. With up to 8,000 meters of Phase 2 drilling planned for September and assays from Phase 1 pending, we expect the balance of this year's exploration work to provide additional information for the updated Mineral Resource Estimate targeted for the first half of 2027. At the same time, the continued receipt of Montana Creek royalty gold provides an increasingly valuable source of non-dilutive funding that supports our ongoing exploration and resource development.”
— Peter Tallman, President and CEO
The upcoming Phase 2 drill campaign will build upon the structural data and hyperspectral alteration mapping gathered during the earlier stages of the 2026 field season.
