Koonenberry Gold Starts Drilling at Dunedoo Copper-Gold Project

Koonenberry Gold Limited has commenced a seven-hole reverse circulation and diamond drill program at the Dunedoo Project within the Lachlan Fold Belt in New South Wales, marking the first systematic drill test of priority targets defined across the 100%-owned tenement.
The initial campaign focuses on the Bolinda Vale prospect, targeting a large-scale 1.6-kilometre by 0.45-kilometre induced polarisation chargeability anomaly that coincides with a copper and pathfinder soil anomaly exceeding 800 metres in length, alongside a 3D modelled magnetic high and zoned hydrothermal alteration.
“The commencement of drilling at Dunedoo marks an important step forward for KNB's Lachlan Portfolio as we move from target generation to direct drill testing.”
— Paul Harris, Executive Chairman
Following the work at Bolinda Vale, the program will test the Hillside prospect with a traverse of reverse circulation holes directed at gold and gold-silver anomalism, including previous rock chip assays of 1.24g/t gold and 1.20g/t silver. Flexibility also exists to complete an initial shallow reverse circulation traverse at the Tucklan target once evaluation at Hillside concludes.
Assay results from the ongoing drilling will be released to the market as they are received and validated. Elsewhere in the Lachlan district, activity has continued to advance, with copper-gold porphyry mineralisation confirmed at Goodrich by Godolphin Resources Limited in July 2026.
