Krait Critical Minerals Corp. has received final approval from the Canadian Securities Exchange to list its common shares, with trading scheduled to begin at market open on Monday, August 24, 2026, under the symbol KRIT.

The company holds an option to earn a 100% interest in its flagship Goldbar Spider Lake Project, subject to a 3% net smelter return royalty. Located within Ontario's Thunder Bay Mining Division, the 3,636-hectare property comprises 148 mining claims and 171 claim units situated in the western Schreiber-Hemlo Greenstone Belt. The asset operates under the early exploration stage.

Activity across the surrounding district continues to draw attention, with Hemlo Mining Corp. reported an updated Mineral Resource Estimate of 4.8 million ounces of gold at its Hemlo gold mine within the surrounding district in June 2026, representing a thirty-four percent increase.

“Receiving final approval to list on the CSE is a significant milestone for Krait and reflects the dedication of our team and supporters,” said Oscar Mendoza, Chief Executive Officer of Krait. “The commencement of trading under the symbol KRIT will provide Krait with greater visibility, access to the public capital markets and a strong platform from which to grow the Company. We look forward to introducing Krait to the investment community and building long-term value for our shareholders.”
