Kutcho Copper Acquires Claims And Renews Marketing Agreement

Kutcho Copper Corp. has entered into an agreement to acquire two mineral claims covering approximately 68 hectares near its Kutcho Project in northern British Columbia in exchange for 150,000 common shares.
Under the purchase agreement with two independent prospectors, the shares will be issued at a deemed price of $0.35 each, representing the market price prior to the announcement. The newly acquired claims are situated near the feasibility-stage copper-zinc development project, where ongoing 2026 exploration drilling is testing targets including Hamburger, Gap, and Esso West. Project operator Kutcho Creek Resources Inc. previously staked three additional mineral and placer claims in the area.
The transaction and the associated share issuance remain subject to approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. Shares issued under the agreement will be subject to a four-month and one-day statutory hold period from the date of issuance.
In parallel with the property acquisition, Kutcho Copper has entered into an updated service agreement with Resource Stock Digest to provide promotional and advertising services for up to 18 months. The arrangement replaces a previous contract expiring in September and requires quarterly cash payments of $10,000 in United States currency, paid in arrears. The updated service agreement also remains subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
The company is advancing exploration across the Kutcho Project with the stated corporate objective of doubling the existing mineral resource and extending mine life as it moves toward a construction decision. Updates and drill results from the 2026 exploration campaign will be reported as they become available.
