Kuya Silver Corporation reported revenue of $2.7 million for the six months ended June 30, 2026, doubling the $1.3 million recorded during the corresponding period of 2025.

The financial performance reflects increased silver production from the Bethania operation in Peru, supported by higher silver prices. The company recorded a net loss of $2.8 million for the first half of the year, compared to a net loss of $1.35 million in the first half of 2025. The larger net loss was driven by increased activity levels at Bethania associated with the Phase 1 ramp-up toward 350 tonnes per day, alongside higher administrative expenses to build out organizational structures.

Kuya Silver closed the period with a cash position of $25.5 million as of June 30, 2026, down from $27.2 million as of March 31, 2026. The treasury supports ongoing exploration and mine development initiatives, including the construction of a new ramp required for the Bethania expansion.

Exploration and evaluation expenditures totaled $1.0 million during the first six months of 2026, compared to $1.3 million in the first half of 2025. While spending at Bethania remained consistent year over year, expenditures at the Silver Kings project decreased as Kuya evaluated low-cost opportunities to unlock potential at that asset. Total exploration and evaluation expenditures are expected to increase during the second half of the year alongside an expanded drilling program and critical infrastructure development at Bethania.

To support this activity, Kuya Silver is currently onboarding contractors at the Bethania mine to augment its workforce, with productivity expected to accelerate through the third quarter of 2026. The company also continues to evaluate the proposed acquisition of the Planta de Procesos Camila silver project in Peru.

Elsewhere in the Huancavelica region, Silver Mountain Resources Inc. commenced commissioning of the concentrator plant at its Reliquias underground mine in July 2026, with production expected in the third quarter.
