Lachlan Star Limited has returned shallow, high-grade gold intercepts from a follow-up reverse circulation drilling program at the New Waverley Gold Project within Western Australia's Norseman mining district, confirming an emerging high-grade gold discovery.

The completed reverse circulation program totaled approximately 4,570 metres across 55 holes, exceeding the originally planned program following positive field observations of quartz veining and sulphide mineralisation across a 400-metre strike length.

Multiple shallow intercepts from the Waverley Pit area include 16m at 5.3g/t Au from 44m, including 4m at 20g/t Au from 52m in hole NWRC052, and 8m at 5.37g/t Au from 44m, including 4m at 10.25g/t Au from 44m in hole NWRC051. Additional results include 12m at 3.11g/t Au from 52m, including 8m at 4.5g/t Au from 52m in hole NWRC048, and 8m at 2.35g/t Au from 48m in hole NWRC050.

The drilling targeted the down-plunge continuity and extensions of high-grade gold mineralisation identified during the company's maiden diamond drilling program, which previously returned intercepts including 6.15m at 8.6g/t Au from 46.9m, including 2.9m at 17.7g/t Au in hole NWDD006.

The current assay results are based on initial 4m composite sampling. Selective 1m re-splits of the mineralised intervals are being submitted for PhotonAssay analysis to provide higher-resolution definition of grade distribution.

Assay results from the remaining reverse circulation drill holes are expected progressively over the next four to six weeks. Results from an approximate 900-sample soil geochemistry program at New Waverley are anticipated during August 2026.
