LaFleur Minerals Inc. has appointed Rauni Malhi as a director of the company, effective September 15, 2026.

Mrs. Malhi is a Delta, British Columbia-based paralegal employed at Delta Law Office. She has previously served on the board of directors for several TSX Venture Exchange-listed issuers, including establishing Cairo Resources as a capital pool company, which was subsequently rebranded to Gladiator Metals Corp.

She succeeds Michael Kelly, who resigned from the board effective September 7, 2026. Following this appointment, the board consists of Chairman Kulwant Malhi, President Paul Ténière, Jeff Swinoga, senior advisor Peter Espig, and Rauni Malhi. The audit committee has been reconstituted to include Jeff Swinoga as chairman, Peter Espig, and Kulwant Malhi.

Concurrently, LaFleur Minerals has granted 500,000 incentive stock options to Mrs. Malhi under the company stock option plan. The options are exercisable at $0.40 per share until September 15, 2031. Half of the grant vests immediately, while the remaining 250,000 options vest six months from the grant date. The option issuance remains subject to the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange.

The board and management changes support the company's flagship Swanson Gold Project, an advanced exploration asset in the Abitibi Gold Belt near Val-d'Or, Québec, featuring a mineral resource estimate of 160,300 ounces of gold in the indicated category and 66,800 ounces in the inferred category.
