Lake Resources NL has raised A$1.1 million, inclusive of costs, by drawing on its At-the-Market Subscription Agreement with Acuity Capital.

Under the arrangement, Lake Resources will issue 26.5 million fully paid ordinary shares to Acuity Capital at A$0.0415 per share. The issue price represents a 7.6% discount to the 15-trading-day volume-weighted average price of A$0.0449 up to 11 August 2026.

The shares are being issued out of the company's LR7.1A placement capacity, with payment scheduled for 12 August 2026.

The proceeds will fund operating and general corporate expenditures as Lake Resources continues advancing multiple workstreams for its flagship Kachi lithium project in Catamarca Province, Argentina. Specifically, the capital will support the ongoing Exploitation Environmental Impact Assessment, commercial power solution optimizations, and broader strategic processes.

The financing coincides with the regulatory timeline for the project's environmental permits. The public consultation phase for the Kachi Project's Exploitation Environmental Impact Assessment is scheduled to conclude on 31 August 2026. Receipt of the final Exploitation Environmental Impact Assessment approval and Environmental Impact Declaration for the project is expected in 2026.
