Laramide Files Westmoreland Technical Report Following July PEA

Laramide Resources Ltd. has filed the independent National Instrument 43-101 technical report supporting its updated preliminary economic assessment for the Westmoreland uranium project in Queensland, Australia.
The filing follows the company's July 22, 2026 announcement of the updated study, which established an initial capital cost of US$456 million alongside a post-tax net present value of US$741.1 million at a US$90 per pound uranium price assumption. The newly filed technical report confirms there are no material differences from those previously disclosed figures.
The study's production target relies approximately 79% on indicated mineral resources and 21% on inferred mineral resources, with capital and operating cost estimates prepared to a scoping study level of accuracy of approximately plus or minus 35%. The technical report formally recommends that the project advance to a pre-feasibility study level of assessment.
Laramide holds the Westmoreland asset through its 100%-owned Australian subsidiary, Tackle Resources Pty Ltd, which secured a mineral development licence for the project on July 17, 2025. While the Queensland government maintains a policy preventing uranium mining development, the company continues advancing technical readiness across the asset.

To support ongoing technical evaluation, Laramide has scheduled further exploration work across the Westmoreland district during 2026 and 2027. The upcoming programs will focus on potential resource extensions and satellite targets, including the Link Zone situated between Huarabagoo and Junnagunna, as well as Amphitheatre, Moogooma, and U-Valley.
