Laramide Resources Ltd. has arranged a non-brokered private placement to raise gross proceeds of $5,010,000 through the issuance of 8,350,000 common shares at a price of $0.60 per share with a strategic investor.

The transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions, including the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals and formal clearance from the Toronto Stock Exchange. Under applicable securities legislation, all common shares issued pursuant to the offering will carry a statutory hold period of four months plus one day from the date of issuance. Laramide intends to apply the gross proceeds directly toward working capital and general corporate purposes.

Laramide maintains a portfolio of advanced uranium development and exploration assets situated across Tier-1 jurisdictions in the United States and Australia. These operations include the Westmoreland Uranium Project. As part of ongoing technical advancement across its asset base, Laramide engaged Lycopodium Limited in February 2026 to update the Preliminary Economic Assessment for the Westmoreland Uranium Project.

These corporate financing and study updates align with broader sector conditions. Uranium traded at $86.80 over a 30-day period, registering a 1.22% increase.
