Laurion Mineral Exploration has reported assay results from drill holes LBX26-106 and LBX26-107 as part of its ongoing 2026 Phase 1 diamond drilling program at the 100%-owned Ishkōday Gold and Polymetallic Project in Northwestern Ontario.

Drill hole LBX26-106 intersected several zones of gold, silver, copper, and zinc mineralization, including a 3.75-metre interval grading 0.568 g/t gold, 12.40 g/t silver, 0.46% copper, and 1.75% zinc from 278.75 metres to 282.50 metres. This interval contained a higher-grade sub-interval of 2.30 metres grading 0.886 g/t gold, 19.26 g/t silver, 0.73% copper, and 1.64% zinc, which further included a 0.50-metre section grading 1.730 g/t gold, 43.20 g/t silver, 1.51% copper, and 3.40% zinc.

Hole LBX26-106 also returned a 4.70-metre interval grading 0.582 g/t gold, 2.53 g/t silver, 0.07% copper, and 0.93% zinc from 172.50 metres to 177.20 metres. Within this interval, a 2.70-metre section graded 0.742 g/t gold, 3.88 g/t silver, 0.10% copper, and 1.58% zinc, including a 0.50-metre highlight grading 3.220 g/t gold, 9.70 g/t silver, 0.30% copper, and 6.29% zinc.

The second hole, LBX26-107, returned a 1.15-metre interval grading 1.374 g/t gold, 10.10 g/t silver, 0.49% copper, and 2.01% zinc, including a 0.50-metre section grading 1.170 g/t gold, 20.10 g/t silver, 1.03% copper, and 3.64% zinc. Additionally, the hole intersected 2.90 metres grading 0.608 g/t gold, 11.93 g/t silver, 0.34% copper, and 0.93% zinc, which included an 0.80-metre sub-interval grading 1.975 g/t gold, 39.50 g/t silver, 1.45% copper, and 2.72% zinc.

All reported core lengths represent drilled thicknesses, and true widths have not yet been determined. Hole LBX26-106 was designed to test the A-Zone down-plunge to evaluate geometry and continuity at depth, while hole LBX26-107 tested the McLeod mineralized horizon and a geophysical chargeability anomaly from a 2015 survey.

Laurion has expanded its planned 2026 Phase 1 diamond drilling program from 3,865 metres to 5,605 metres across 22 drill holes. The expansion follows an independent structural gap analysis of the A-Zone by SRK Consulting, which identified five priority target areas. The company is advancing the drilling program to systematically evaluate the A-Zone toward a potential maiden Mineral Resource Estimate, with specific targets, sequencing, and timing subject to ongoing results and available financing. Prior to the current exploration campaigns, historical and modern work at the Ishkōday Project had completed over 98,000 metres of drilling.
