Li-FT Power Completes C$20 Million Equity Offering
Li-FT Power Ltd. has successfully completed the bookbuild for its previously announced bought deal public offering, securing gross proceeds of C$20.01 million. The financing involved the issuance of 6,900,000 common shares at a price of C$2.90 per share. The company will allot these shares within its 15% placement capacity under ASX Listing Rule 7.1.
The capital raised from this offering provides the financial backing required to support Li-FT Power’s portfolio of hard rock lithium assets located across Canada. The company manages these interests through a dual-jurisdiction strategy, maintaining active exploration and development programs in both Québec and the Northwest Territories.
In Québec, the company holds the Adina-Galinée Lithium Project, which serves as a core development asset within the Eeyou Istchee James Bay region. The advancement of Adina-Galinée represents a primary corporate focus for the company as it moves toward its next project milestones.
Simultaneously, Li-FT Power remains focused on the Northwest Territories, where the Yellowknife Lithium Project acts as the primary operational asset. The company continues to advance the development of this project as part of its wider portfolio strategy.
Beyond these core development assets, Li-FT Power also maintains early-stage exploration properties across both Québec and the Northwest Territories. The ongoing capital investment is directed toward these exploration activities and the continued development of the company’s lithium portfolio.
