Li-FT Power Ltd. has been selected for inclusion in the investment prospectus for the Canada Investment Summit, taking place in Toronto from September 14 to 15, 2026.

The company’s Yellowknife Lithium Project and Lithium Carbonate Conversion Facility feature in the prospectus. Li-FT Power commenced a scoping study on March 2, 2026, for a 30,000-tonne-per-annum lithium carbonate converter integrated with the Yellowknife Lithium Project.

Hosted by Prime Minister Mark Carney in partnership with CPP Investments and PSP Investments, the summit convenes global investors and government representatives to connect capital with Canadian investment opportunities and advance major projects in strategic sectors.

“LIFT is proud to be included in the Canada Investment Summit alongside some of the country’s most significant investment opportunities” said Francis MacDonald, CEO of Li-FT Power. “We have scale in the ground and a strategy to extend that value downstream, combining large lithium resources at the Yellowknife and Adina-Galinée projects with the potential for battery-grade lithium carbonate conversion in Canada to strengthen North American supply chain security.”

In addition to the summit inclusion, Li-FT Power has entered into a consulting agreement with Prospect Capital Relations, effective September 15, 2026, to provide investor relations services. Under the agreement, the company will pay a fee of C$10,500 per month plus applicable taxes. The arrangement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and can be terminated by either party upon 30 days' prior written notice.
