LibertyStream Infrastructure Partners Inc. has reported nine consecutive certificates of analysis confirming lithium carbonate purity at or above 99.7% from its Freedom Launchpad platform in Howard County, Texas.

Every full certificate of analysis issued between May 14 and August 14, 2026, exceeded the 99.5% minimum purity threshold specified for battery-grade material. The three-month operating run demonstrates consistent quality across repeated production campaigns following the configuration of the refining system for battery-grade output on May 14.

The platform uses the core equipment types, automation and process architecture intended for commercial deployment at Freedom 1, LibertyStream's planned 1,000-tonne-per-year commercial facility at the same site. That larger facility is scheduled for commissioning by the end of December 2026. The operational data and customer samples generated at Freedom Launchpad directly support the development of that commercial plant.

Freedom Launchpad has produced approximately three tonnes of lithium carbonate across three distinct product requirements: battery-grade, technical-grade and customer-specific material. This output includes one tonne manufactured to a customer's required specification and delivered under an initial industrial trial order.

Sample delivery has expanded to four customer organizations for evaluation since early July, alongside material produced to specifications supplied by three additional prospective customers. This customer work builds on LibertyStream's first definitive lithium carbonate offtake agreement, which provides for 600 tonnes per year beginning in 2027 in quarterly shipments of 150 tonnes, establishing contracted demand for planned production from Freedom 1.
