LithiumBank Lands Boardwalk Lithium Project in Canada Investment Summit Prospectus

LithiumBank Resources Corp.’s 100%-owned Boardwalk lithium brine project in northwest Alberta has been selected for inclusion in the Canada Investment Summit Prospectus, highlighting the asset as a project of strategic importance within Canada's critical minerals sector.
The Summit is hosted in Toronto by Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney alongside the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board and the Public Sector Pension Investment Board. The event aims to attract up to $1 trillion of investment into Canada, directing institutional capital toward a select group of projects highlighted in the prospectus.
Boardwalk hosts a measured and indicated lithium carbonate equivalent resource of 5.195 million tonnes at an average concentration of 81.6 milligrams per litre, alongside 2.777 million tonnes of inferred lithium carbonate equivalent at 79.0 milligrams per litre. The asset represents the highest-grade measured and indicated lithium brine resource reported in Alberta.
The project is positioned to leverage Alberta's existing oil and gas infrastructure, including approximately 150,000 litres of brine collected from the 10-6 well since May 2026 for process optimization. The planned demonstration builds on previous SLB pilot testing, which achieved lithium recoveries of up to 95% and greater than 99% overall impurity rejection.
In July 2026, LithiumBank signed a letter of intent to acquire an option over existing wells, pipelines, and surface leases associated with Boardwalk. This was followed in August 2026 by a binding agreement to acquire up to 160 acres in the Sturgeon Lake area as a potential site for a central processing facility.
“Inclusion in the Canada Investment Summit Prospectus acknowledges Boardwalk as one of the premier projects in the country with the potential to make a significant contribution to Canada's critical minerals strategy,” commented Rob Shewchuk, CEO & Director. “We are proud to represent Canada and Alberta's lithium at this event.”
LithiumBank is advancing Boardwalk toward a Feasibility Study anticipated for completion in 2026, with project execution targeted for 2027 under its development agreement with SLB.
