Loyalist Files Technical Report Detailing 76% Jump in Indicated Resources at Tully Gold Project

Loyalist Exploration Limited has filed the independent National Instrument 43-101 technical report supporting its updated mineral resource estimate for the Tully Gold Project in the Timmins Gold Camp of northeastern Ontario.
The filing formalises the resource figures previously announced on July 7, 2026. The estimate, prepared independently by P&E Mining Consultants Inc. with an effective date of June 15, 2026, establishes an indicated mineral resource of 1.62 million tonnes grading 3.16 grams per tonne gold, containing 164,000 ounces. The inferred portion stands at 0.95 million tonnes grading 2.03 grams per tonne gold, containing 62,000 ounces.
The updated technical figures lift the indicated category by 76% compared to the 2008 historical estimate of 93,140 ounces. Approximately 73% of the total contained gold is now classified as indicated, increasing geological confidence across the deposit.
The resource model applies a cut-off grade of 1.1 grams per tonne gold for a conceptual underground Deswik Stope Optimizer extraction scenario. That scenario assumes a gold price of US$3,500 per ounce, a 92% recovery rate, an underground mining cost of $110 per tonne, general and administrative costs of $15 per tonne, and processing costs of $35 per tonne, using a Canadian-to-US dollar exchange rate of 0.72.
The Tully Gold Project serves as the flagship 100%-owned asset under the company's "Buy Timmins, Mine Timmins" corporate strategy. Modern three-dimensional modelling defines a larger and more continuous underground gold system than previous estimates recognized, featuring improved geometry that may support underground stopes approaching 20 metres in width. Mineralization remains open along strike and at depth.
Loyalist is advancing the Tully Gold Project toward a preliminary economic assessment as part of its ongoing technical reporting. The company has also outlined a conceptual diamond drill program totalling approximately 21,674 metres across 70 drill holes designed to test along-strike and down-dip extensions of known mineralization.
