LunR Royalties Corp. recorded its first quarterly revenue of $4.6 million during the three months ended June 30, 2026, following the receipt of inaugural silver deliveries under its life-of-mine stream on the Fruta del Norte mine in Ecuador.

The revenue from the sale of 69,959 ounces of silver enabled LunR to generate $2.9 million in cash flow from operating activities for the second quarter. The company reported a net loss of $0.1 million for the period.

During the quarter, LunR completed the acquisition of the Fruta del Norte silver stream by paying upfront consideration of $670.2 million through the issuance of 50,505,051 shares to Lundin Gold Inc., which were subsequently distributed to Lundin Gold shareholders as a dividend-in-kind. Under the terms of the stream, LunR purchases 100% of Fruta del Norte's silver production at 10% of the prevailing spot price at each delivery.

The company expects deliverable payable silver under the Fruta del Norte stream to reach 225,000 to 275,000 ounces for the second half of 2026. Deliveries are anticipated to be fully ramped up by the fourth quarter of 2026, with fourth-quarter production scheduled for delivery in the first quarter of 2027.

In corporate developments, LunR appointed Scott Langley to its board of directors, effective August 7, 2026. Mr. Langley currently serves as Group Head of Corporate Development at Newmont Corporation. LunR also graduated from the TSXV, with its common shares commencing trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange on June 8, 2026. LunR was originally formed as a spin-out from NGEx Minerals Ltd. holding net smelter return royalties on the Lunahuasi and Los Helados projects in the Vicuña District.

“This was a transformational quarter for LunR as we completed the acquisition of the FDN Stream and began receiving silver deliveries that enabled us to generate positive cash flow less than one year since the Company's inception. Stream deliveries are expected to be fully ramped up by the fourth quarter, further strengthening our financial position throughout the year. Additionally, I am excited to welcome Scott to the Board of Directors of LunR Royalties. We are pleased to be able to draw on his leadership experience at Newmont, one of our largest shareholders, as well as his extensive capital markets and investment banking experience in the metals and mining sector as we continue to pursue growth opportunities to compliment our existing portfolio of high-quality royalty and streaming assets.”

On August 6, 2026, the company's stock closed at $20.90, up 0.29% on the day.
