Lynx Resources Corp. has completed the soil sampling component of its Phase 1 exploration program at the Turner's Ridge Property in western Newfoundland.

The sampling program comprised 279 soil samples collected over an approximately 100-metre by 25-metre spaced grid using a soil auger. Field crews recorded sample locations using handheld GPS units, placing each sample into a kraft bag with a unique barcoded tag while securing corresponding identification markers to the collection sites with flagging tape. The work was designed to infill earlier soil lines and better delineate geological anomalies across the property.

All collected samples have been shipped and submitted to Eastern Analytical Ltd. in Springdale, Newfoundland, for gold fire assay and inductively coupled plasma analysis. Assay results for the 279 soil samples are expected in approximately four to eight weeks.

Once received, the laboratory results will be interpreted alongside historical exploration data from the ongoing program to further refine priority exploration targets.

Following the completion of soil sampling, Lynx intends to continue its Phase 1 exploration activities at the property with an induced polarization geophysical survey, channel sampling, and mechanical trenching. These subsequent programs are intended to provide complementary geophysical, geological, and geochemical information to further evaluate and prioritize prospective areas.
