Magmatic Resources Limited will mobilise a reverse circulation drill rig to its Weebo gold project in Western Australia, with operations scheduled between late August and early September 2026.

Following a June 2026 phase of 2,112 metres of reverse circulation and 4,461 metres of air-core drilling, the new campaign will target continuity over a 200-metre strike length at Otto 2, where previous drilling returned 6 metres at 1.96 g/t Au from 137 metres. At Ockerburry 3, drilling will test bedrock structures beneath a 550-metre by 100-metre body of supergene gold. The campaign will also complete the first reverse circulation holes at Scone Stone West.

At Otto 2, further drilling will test lateral geologic and grade continuity for 200m along strike of this larger gold mineralised target. Acquired in July 2025, the 270-square-kilometre Weebo project sits within the Eastern Goldfields near established operations including Vault Minerals’ Darlot, Gold Fields’ Agnew-Lawlers, Bellevue Gold’s Bellevue, and Northern Star Resources’ Bronzewing and Thunderbox mines.
